1) PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from ecommercetuners.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We don’t control how these third-party tracks you and we are not responsible for any data breach that may be generated by third-party tracking.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

CONSENT

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to register for the Site, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or ask for a refund, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

By connecting your social media accounts with our Site, you consent to give us permission to access the social media accounts you linked to our Site.

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use WordPress to power our Site. When you leave comments on the Site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the Site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Other visitors to the Site download and extract any location data from images on the Site.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. However, this Site is built using the WordPress platform, and we use third-party plugins. In general, these plugins don’t have access to your personal information. ORDER PROCESSING
Our Site uses Stripe to process your orders. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. We do not store your credit card information on our Site.

SOCIAL SHARING
Some content on our Site is available only if you share messages on social media websites such as on Twitter, LinkedIn, or similar websites. To access such socially locked content on our Site, you need to unlock the content by sharing a message using one or more of your social media accounts. We use a third-party service to get your explicit consent to access your social media account(s) and share the message on your behalf. Because we don’t control the third-party tools, when you choose to share the message it’s your responsibility to check what data the third party is accessing from your social media account(s) and accept or deny access to your social media account, during the login and connecting process between our third-party tool and your social media account.

If you have privacy concerns and you don’t want us to access your social media accounts, you should not connect our Site with your social media account. If you previously connected our Site’s social locking tools with your accounts on other websites, you can disconnect our Site by accessing the accounts. The following links are provided as a courtesy for you in case you need to revoke access to our Site, but it’s your responsibility to find the most up to date information on how to disconnect an app or Site like ours from your social media account and other third-party websites. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information or as long as it is required by the laws of British Columbia, BC for operational, accounting, legal or regulatory reasons.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our Site, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.

CHANGES

2)  REFUND POLICY

TN Ecommerce Tuners provides paid Services on a prepaid basis on a regular monthly basis, on the first day on your billing cycle. You may discontinue the use of our Service at any time. If you cancel any of your paid Services, your account membership will be active until the last day of the billing cycle. The date and time of any cancellation of paid Services shall be the date and time on which you complete the full cancellation process. The fees for the Services are pro-rated and are not refundable.

Repeated registrations or/and subscriptions for paid Services and cancellations by you may, in our sole discretion, be deemed to be in bad faith, and we reserve the right to withhold Service to you and refuse any refund otherwise available to you.
